DaySpring Daily Word of Inspiration: Psalm 62:1 – Truly my soul finds rest in God; my salvation comes from him.
Today although our devotional will be brief, we pray that the heart in which we commit time to analyze ourselves in this devotional will prove fruitful while producing a greater awareness and priority on that which should be of most concern in our lives.
In reference to our text from today, I have two (2) questions:
- What provides you rest in this life? What is it that you have found comfort, solace, and peace in today?
And secondly,
- Can it save your soul? Are you confident in what it is providing for you in the end?
We pray that today you spend your normal 10 minutes of reading these devotionals towards time in meditation. Consider your own answers and refer back to our scripture above. Let you heart be open today and may the best rest of all come into your life. In Jesus’ name, AMEN!
