How Do I Meet People?

DaySpring Christian Center is not a place for spectators. It is a place for team members. Whether you are a five-year old child, a ninety-five year old grandmother, a busy mom, or a businessman with big responsibilities, we want you to be a part of our vibrant church community. Here is how you can learn, serve, and grow at DaySpring Christian Center.

Sunday Service

What better way to get a general feel of church than to actually be there. Sunday service gives us an opportunity to get familiar with one another, worship together on a regular basis and begin to build relationships with each other. If you’ve felt a void in your life, try God consistently for six months and see if he doesn’t open you up to a whole new family.

Tuesday Bible Study

What do you really have better to do on a Tuesday night? There’s no TV show or sporting event that is better than immersing yourself in thoughtful, intellectual and stimulating conversation about God’s word. As followers of Jesus Christ we’re obligated to learn more about his word and how it should be manifested in our lives. We all have to live this spiritual life, why not work on it together. Growth is on the horizon in your life when you share it with people on your same journey.

Church Events

It is said that one of the easiest ways to meet people is in a relaxed setting. There’s no other time that best qualifies like a church event! In the scenery of fun, food, laughter and cheer, this is the place where there is no fear. Church events allow for a unique opportunity to get access to people as themselves and in there rawest forms; not just from seeing them at church. Make it a fun event to get connected with someone new – a Church Event!

Team Outings

Specific or random, these are always great times. Whether in a home setting or out on the town, Team outings are always the coolest! When you’re a member of any team, you’ve got a lot to look forward to! Build comradery, have fun, and shake things up a bit. Your team leader has a plan to help build your ministry through fun, appreciation and genuine teamwork. Learn ways to work together within your team and with other teams as you make church more fun and exciting. Team outings don’t just build teams, they build friendships!

Fellowshipping

You’re just naturally outgoing. When it comes to God, you throw caution to the wind and jump in head first! For those of us who just want to get involved and immersed in the life of the church family, there are always small groups of fellowship happening. Name a place, call up some buds, and make it a time to connect and enjoy Christian company. Fellowship is going on all of the time among the church community,  join us for some time to get to know you a little bit better.
